You can return a Product for a refund within thirty (30) days if you are dissatisfied after purchasing the Product on our official store.

1. We provide a 2 years Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Europe.
2. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
3. You can access our Product Warranty in full here, and the extended 2nd year Product Warranty here.
4. By using our Products, you also agree to be subject to igloocompany’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
