Returns

We accept returns within 14 days.

Products must be undamaged and shipped in original packaging to be eligible for return.

If the product has been paired to an igloohome account, it must be unpaired and reset to factory settings.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund value.

2 years Warranty

We provide a 2 years Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Europe.
Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.

By using our Products, you also agree to be subject to igloocompany’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We have started using igloohomes for our holiday domain. We have several deadbolts which all work well. I was a bit nervous about the retro fit locks, but we have had two installed now for about a year.

For one of the properties I wanted a double sided cylinder (because there is only one entrance to the property and I wanted to be able to physically open it if needed). I needed to try a couple different locks, because some were too stiff to be turned. So installation for that one was more of a hassle. The other one was pretty straight forward. (I guess it would be nice to see an igloohome cylinder, so that you don't have to physically turn the key?!).

It has now been about a year, and both locks have been fantastic. We are very happy. Very convenient.

We use around 40 retrofits with my company. It is overall a good and useful product but they tend to all break down after one year, especially the motor. And the app is a bit buggy on ble / remote tasks. So for a professional purpose, there are limitations.
