The lock must be installed in Europe and together with a door closer. Installations performed without a door closer will render warranty as voided.

You can return a Product for a refund within thirty (30) days if you are dissatisfied after purchasing the Product on our official store.

1. We provide a 2 years Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in Europe.
2. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
