je pensais que cela pourrai couvir mes deux lockbox. mais il faut que j'achete une second bridge car le signal 'est pas assez puissant....

J’utilise les Bridge Igloohome depuis presque 3 ans pour ma conciergerie en Martinique(Cariblink) , avec près d’une quarantaine d’installations. Couplés à Guesty, c’est vraiment pratique pour automatiser les accès et générer des codes personnalisés.

Le gros point à améliorer reste la portée. Igloohome annonce jusqu’à 7 m, mais selon les murs, même à 2 m la connexion peut parfois être difficile. On a réussi à s’adapter dans la majorité des logements, mais sur certains nous avons dû abandonner le Bridge, notamment lorsque la Keybox est sur un portail trop éloigné.

Une nouvelle version avec une portée renforcée, idéalement avec la possibilité d’ajouter une antenne externe, serait vraiment intéressante pour un usage professionnel.

Connection issues between the WiFi router and the lock. I understood before buying that there could be about 14 meters distance but the customer service is now saying it can only be 4 meters.

Have not received my Igloo bridge one month after I paid for it...

In theory, this bridge is a great idea. In practice, the signal strength is extremely weak, almost non-existent. This makes using the bridge incredibly difficult, if not completely impossible, in many situations. I only receive notifications on my phone about half the time. And I can't unlock the igloohome from the app. When I want to change password, it works 1/5 times and take 2 minutes of loading ...

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service regarding this issue, I was met with absolute radio silence. It's very expensive for the level of reliability it actually provides. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to keep it since I've already invested in an Igloohome smart lock, but I definitely expected better.
