In theory, this bridge is a great idea. In practice, the signal strength is extremely weak, almost non-existent. This makes using the bridge incredibly difficult, if not completely impossible, in many situations. I only receive notifications on my phone about half the time. And I can't unlock the igloohome from the app. When I want to change password, it works 1/5 times and take 2 minutes of loading ...
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service regarding this issue, I was met with absolute radio silence. It's very expensive for the level of reliability it actually provides. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to keep it since I've already invested in an Igloohome smart lock, but I definitely expected better.
