Seller / Merchant of Record — The seller of goods on this website is JDM Products (“JDM”). Your contract of sale is with JDM. igloohome, operated by IGLOOCOMPANY PTE. LTD., provides the online storefront and customer support.

Payments & Invoicing — Payments made at checkout are processed for and paid directly to JDM via Shopify Payments. Invoices are issued by JDM and will show JDM as the billing entity on your statement.

Fulfilment & Shipping — All orders are picked, packed and shipped by JDM.

Delivery & Risk — Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the products passes on delivery to the address you provide (or to your nominated carrier, if applicable). Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Returns & RMAs — Returns are administered by JDM under our Refund Policy. Returns without prior authorisation (RMA) may be refused.
